The prominent Dutch superyacht builder, Claasen Shipyards, has recently joined the Holland Yacht Experience’s joint venture in order to futher develop its services on Port Pierre Canto in Cote d’Azur, France.
Built in 1947 under the name Deo Volente I., the 118ft classic superyacht Unicorn visited the Dennis Conner’s North Cove superyacht marina in NYC last weekend. Offering sail training to girls aged 12 to 17, this expectional vessel is the only all-female crewed tall ship in the country.

The 2nd edition of the Rolex Volcano Race was concluded with the Rolex party and prizegiving at La Canzone del Mare on Friday 25 May, with Sir Peter Ogden’s 60ft Mini Maxi yacht Jethou winning the Rolex Trophy and timepiece as well as the 112ft superyacht Nilaya receiving a Rolex timepiece as a line-honours winner.
Day 2 of the 2012 Samui Regatta saw perfect weather conditions for competing. The Dubois designed 90ft sailing yacht Genuine Risk took line honours in the IRC Zero category.
