This year’s Monaco Yacht Show will boast a spectacular array of 103 luxury vessels, 73 of which measure over 40 meters in length. The largest vessel on display will be the Royal Huisman 90m megayacht Athena.

This year has been record breaking for the prestigious Finnish builder Nautor’s Swan. The company’s order book is full of new builds and refit projects. They have launched the spectacular Swan 80S superyacht I Amsterdam and are currently working on the newest Swan 105 yacht.

The 2012 ISS Design Awards finalist have been announced today, with the winners to be announced on the 25th October at the ISS’s annual International Design Awards Gala.
Due to strong winds caused by Mistral, the morning’s competing on Day 3 of the 2012 Rolex Swan Cup was postponed untill 14:00 CEST. Day 3 victory went to charter yacht Highland Breeze (NED) in Maxi; sailing yacht Merel Four (NED) in Grand Prix; luxury yacht Shirlaf (ITA) in Classic while Earlybird (GER) took the first place in the Rolex Swan 45 World Championship.
