Today, on December 11, 2014, the definitive guide to the world’s biggest superyachts will go on sale in the January 2015 issue of Boat International magazine. The biggest yacht in the world remains the breath-taking 180 metre mega yacht Azzam, built by Lurssen to a design by Nauta Yachts.
Asia Superyacht Rendezvous will celebrate its 14th anniversary this month. The prominent event will once again host the world’s finest yachts, including the 72m custom charter yacht Titania, which underwent a major refit in 2012.
This month saw the 50m super yacht Double Trouble (ex Turquoise, La Naturalle Dee) undergo the interior refresh, performed by Wild Group International.

New 45m super yacht F1215 concept has been proudly introduced by Francesco J. Corda from Italy, as part of the trilogy, including two luxury yachts and a 10m tender. All of these take inspiration from sports cars.
Diana Yacht Design have been announced as one of the finalists for the ShowBoats Design Awards 2015, with motor yacht ALYSSA and super yacht SO’ MAR, both built by Riza Tansu from Turkey.

November 28, 2014, saw the Dutch shipyard, Acico Yachts, put the superstructure of the 24m Drettmann Explorer superyacht onto her hull. She is scheduled for launch in Spring 2015.
