The big names in the industry are signing up for the 2015 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, including Horizon Yachts. The company will debut their brand new V72 yacht at the next year’s event.
Derecktor – New York has had a busy autumn season, marked by several significant projects. The company is presently working on such lovely vessels as the 102′ super yacht Starlight and the 90′ motor yacht Fortis II.
The outstanding 172′ Feadship superyacht Gallant Lady is currently undergoing a major refit at Derecktor – Florida. This will include new teak decks, mast modifications, the restoration of tank tops within the vessel and a major shore power upgrade.
Day 3 of the currently running RORC Transatlantic Race 2014 saw the Finot-Conq 100 superyacht Nomad IV lead the race until gear failure, which forced the French Maxi to head back to the Canary Islands for repairs. This means that at dawn on day three, the battle for the overall lead is between charter yacht Lupa of London and Southern Wind 94 luxury yacht Windfall.

Construction of the new 33,5m super yacht Hull 1012 is progressing as planned at Yachting Developments in Auckland, New Zealand. This beautiful sloop is due to be delivered in early 2016.
Tankoa S801 mega yacht GOLDEN WINGS concept is taking shape. Measuring impressive 80m in LOA, this striking vessel represents Francesco Paszkowski’s vision of Italy’s most famous and beautiful ship of all time, the Amerigo Vespucci.
Rivergate Marina & Shipyard has hosted the 63m charter yacht SuRi several times. She departed from upgrade works in December 2013, returning again for a further three month maintenance period in January 2014.
Fassmer, a member of the DEUTSCHE YACHTEN working group, has produced a concept study based on their 65-metre Explorer Yacht that comprises features ranging from a helipad to an underwater lift. The project has been developed in partnership with the engineers from beiderbeck designs.
Day 2 of the currently running RORC Transatlantic Race 2014 saw Jeremy Pilkington’s RP78 charter yacht Lupa of London take the overall lead on the water during the night.
