This year’s Southern Wind Trophy is set to start next week during the Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta, running in the fantastic Sardinia yacht charter location – Porto Cervo. The event will be attended by such outstanding vessels as SW 100 DS charter yacht Farewell.
Over the last two years, Chefs’ Competition has become one of the highlights of the annual MYBA Charter Show. Out of a total of 54 participating yachts in this year’s Show, 24 yachts took part in the Chef’s Competition.

A new range of Luxury Explorers has been created by Zeelander Yachts from the Netherlands. This includes the 50-metre expedition yacht Z164, designed by Cor D. Rover, with naval architecture by Vripack.
Sietse Koopmans, the CEO and Owner of Zeelander Yachts, has won the prestigious Voyager’s Award at this year’s World Superyacht Awards ceremony in Amsterdam. He spent 3 years and 3 months circumnavigating the world on board JFA expedition yacht Zeepaard.
Monaco-based Patrovich studio has proudly introduced their new 90-metre superyacht X-Kid Stuff concept, as part of 4 New Unconventional Vessel Classes: Backpacker, Dressage, Freeride and Parkour.
As part of its expansion strategy, the prominent Dutch luxury yacht builder, Holland Jachtbouw, has started Phase One of the new buildings. This new space will provide for the new projects about to come to the company’s halls in Zaandam later this year – a 46m Tripp-designed sailing superyacht and the 51m schooner Rainbow II (ex Hamburg), designed by Dijkstra.
The all-new Bahamas Series of superyachts is currently under development at Rossinavi, in partnership with Axis Group Yacht Design and Horacio Bozzo Design. It includes the 48m (158′) superyacht Bahamas 158, as well as the 40m (130′) motor yacht Bahamas 130 – both MCA LY3 and MLC compliant for luxury yacht charter.
The all-new FEEBE Pool Top has been successfully implemented on the 85m Lurssen mega yacht Solandge. Thanks to this new FEEBE product, the swimming pools aboard luxury yachts can be also used as dance floors.
