SD122 Motor Yacht Feluca launched by San Lorenzo

The SD122 Motor Yacht Feluca has been launched by Italian superyacht builder San Lorenzo at their shipyard in Viareggio. The 38m Yacht Feluca is from the SD122 line and is the fourth SD122 yacht to be launched by San Lorenzo. Superyacht Feluca is a semi-displacement yacht featuring naval architecture by San Lorenzo’s inhouse design team and exterior styling by Francesco Paszkowski.

Motor Yacht Nataly launched by Benetti – A 65m Redman Whiteley Dixon Superyacht design

The 65m (213.25ft) motor yacht Nataly was launched by Benetti on the 4th of April at the Benetti Shipyard in Livorno, Italy. Yacht Nataly was built under the name Amnesia IV and hull number FB252. Superyacht Nataly, features exterior and interior design by Redman Whiteley Dixon (RWD) and naval architecture by Azimut-Benetti.

Couach 3700 Motor Yacht Arion delivered by Chantier Naval Couach

The 37m motor yacht Arion by Chantier Naval Couach was delivered to her new owner this weekend on the Bordeaux Quays, France. The Couach Yacht Event unveiling motor yacht Arion was hosted by the Chantier Naval Couach shipyard owner Mr. Fabrice Vial and President Eric Robert-Peillard who hosted many guests, members of the international press and distinguished guests. Ken Freivokh and local dignitaries such as the Deputy-Mayor of Bordeaux, Mr Stéphan Delaux, the Mayor of Arcachon Mr Yves Foulon were also on board.

Cheoy Lee Global Motor Yacht Series

Following the success of the Cheoy Lee Bravo Series designed by Mike Burvenich, the next logical step was to develop a larger series of yachts based on the success of the Bravo series. Burvenich working closely with Marty Isenberg of Cheoy Lee looked at what the typical owner was looking for in the larger yacht series. From these discussions the Cheoy Lee Global Series was born. It was determined that the latest trend is for smaller more efficient yachts. The most popular size range was determined to be from 100 to 145 feet. Four initial models were developed; the Global 103, Global 118, Global 130, and Global 145.

Nedship D1000 Motor Yacht

The Nedship D1000 Motor yacht is a new built project by the Turkish shipyard Nedship. The Nedship D1000 yacht measures 46m and will be built in advanced composites to RINA class and MCA compliant. The new superyacht project by Nedship could be available to a prospective owner between 18 to 22 months from the signing of contract.

Mangusta 205 Open Motor Yacht by Overmarine

The Mangusta 205 Open Motor Yacht by Overmarine is due to begin construction shortly and when built, will be the Italian yards’ new flagship. The impressive open motor yacht measuring 62.50 m (205ft) will be the largest open express yacht in the world. The Mangusta 205 Open Motor Yacht by Overmarine was designed by the renowned Stefano Righini, who has worked with Mangusta on several vessels including the Mangusta Open 165’ motor yacht

Glass Design for Superyachts by Azure Yacht Design & Naval Architecture

Due to an increasing demand for larger beach clubs, more natural light and a greater connection with the marine environment, Azure Yacht Design & Naval Architecture began a project last year to investigate the use of larger glass areas. Designs with large open spaces and windows from deck to ceiling are appealing and help work out the wishes listed earlier, but can cause problems for the strength of the vessel. They have contracted Lloyd’s Register and a leading yacht glazing specialist to provide their relevant input.

Verhaaren Naval Architects of France have revealed their 37 metre motor yacht project DAS. Motor yacht Project DAS is a lightweight composite superyacht concept that was designed specifically for day trips in the Arabian Gulf area, enabling the yachts owners and guests to visit the many islands and enjoy sport fishing in the area.

110m Explorer Motor Yacht Family Day by J Kinder Yacht Design

The 110m Explorer Motor Yacht Concept by J Kinder Yacht Design is a typical explorer superyacht concept. The main superstructure volume is located forward combined with large free deck areas at the aft. The immense deck spaces function exclusively for leisure and features a 12 metre long swimming pool. The helipad of the aft deck is functional, laid out for landing and take-off only. Neither the helicopter nor the tenders should interfere in the all-over appearance.

Prout International starts construction of second Prout PT 138: The World’s largest sailing trimaran

Prout International has started the construction of their second Prout PT-138 catamaran. Measuring 42.06m, the Prout 138’is the world largest sailing trimaran and the first sailing trimaran super yacht intended for luxury global cruising. The Prout PT-138-02 was infused in early March and construction on both of the world largest sailing trimaran yachts continues.

Greenline Yacht Interiors to complete 8 RFF135 motor yachts by the Royal Falcon Fleet

Based on the existing contract with Royal Falcon fleet to complete the interiors of the first two units of the series of superyacht catamarans, Greenline Yacht Interiors has recently finalised the agreement to complete a further eight RFF135, which is merely the dawn of a visionary superyacht fleet programme.
