The first Spanish marina with both The Yacht Harbour Association's 5 Gold Anchors as well as the Blue Flag Award, Alcaidesa Marina in Spain is ready to once again host the luxury yachts for the 2013 summer season.

The marina offers excellent shelter and deep water access in all weather conditions, modern, well equipped and maintained installations & services, customer focused English speaking staff, and with CCTV installation, card activated access control system & 24 hour manned security presence makes it one of the safest Marinas to berth ones yacht.

The marina, which was opened during the summer of 2010, is the recipient of two highly sought-after awards; The Yacht Harbour Association’s (TYHA) prestigious 5 Gold Anchors and the Blue Flag Award – not only making Alcaidesa Marina the first Spanish marina to receive both accolades but also recognising it as one of Europe’s finest yachting hubs.

The marina itself can accommodate up to 624 yachts from 8m up to 100m LOA and covers 140,000 square metres of sheltered water area. Boasting a comprehensive repair and maintenance service the marina has specialist workshops which includes a Volvo Penta Service Centre and a 75 tonne hoist.

The lively town of La Linea de la Concepción is only a short stroll away and offers a vibrant atmosphere in its many bars and restaurants. Whilst Gibraltar with its British traditions and International airport is a mere 10 minute walk away.

Alcaidesa Marina represents a perfect stop over for any super yacht on her way in or out of the Mediterranean.
