It has come to our attention that the 81.80m Abeking & Rasmussen motor yacht KIBO (Project 6497) has been launched. No official information about the launch of Superyacht project 6497 (expected to be called KIBO) is currently available, and only few details are known about this important vessel.

Luxury yacht KIBO is currently under construction in Germany at the Abeking & Rasmussen shipyard and represents the second largest yacht ever built at the yard. She closely follows the recently delivered super yacht SECRET. The yacht features naval architecture by Abeking and Rasmussen and was built with steel hull and an aluminium superstructure. KIBO yachts exterior and interior was designed by Terence Disdale Design. Delivery of this beautiful, almost 82m Abeking & Rasmussen Yacht is presumed to be scheduled for June, 2014.
