Dream Ship Victory shipyard signed a contract after taking part in the 2010 Monaco Yacht Show to build 141m Dream Symphony Yacht, with naval architecture by Dykstra & Partners and design an styling by Ken Freivokh Design. On the 9th of February, the builders, designers and naval architects of the 141m Dream Symphony Yacht – the largest private sailing yacht ever met in Amsterdam to finalise the design and technical proposal under the direction of Valeriy Stepanenko.
Sailing Yacht Dream Symphony to be built in 2011 at Dream Ship Victory Shipyard
At the meeting, this important Dream Symphony superyacht project was approved and will now commence construction. The keel laying will take place at Dream Ship Victory’s facility in Turkey later this Summer, with the launch scheduled for 2016.
Schooner Dream Symphony will mix classical styling in a contemporary way. The designers at Ken Freivokh are working on a unitary concept, where the interior and exterior of the yacht belong to the same family, using the same material to tie in with the unique wood building technology proposed by Dykstra & Partners. The super yacht Dream Symphony will boast carefully selected tropical woods creating a totally renewable source for construction and will feature excellent green credentials.

Since the inception of the 141 Dream Symphony sailing yacht project, she has surpassed expectations in wind tunnel tests.
Both of the design houses worked on the impressive Perini Navi superyacht Maltese Falcon, which means we can all look forward to some excellent design work on the Dream Symphony. Once released, this ground-breaking 141m sailing yacht “Dream Symphony” will not only be the largest, but uniquely be of all wood construction.
